Returns & Exchanges
At ApeSurvival, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
